From November 2025 to February 2026, I interned at Ojeras, a New York creative agency, working mainly with their client Pipenco, a Romanian fashion brand based in NYC. I supported the team across shoots and NYFW runway shows, doing whatever each day called for. In pre-production, I helped prepare call sheets and catering orders. On set and show days, I assisted with coordination, set design, lookbook scheduling, errands, and front-of-house logistics, helping keep things running smoothly so the creative team could focus on the work.
Working on these productions taught me how to stay calm and useful under pressure, especially when plans change at the last minute. I learned to anticipate what the team needs, to speak up when something is off, and to solve problems quickly without losing sight of the bigger picture. Most of all, I saw that the show really does go on no matter what. That’s never luck. It’s because of a team that’s willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.
